Ross The Boss' Other Projects

Ross The Boss has been a prolific musician since the early 70's when he was just a little bit too metal and just a little bit too skilled to find himself lumped in with the punk rock guitar players his band The Dictators paved the way for.

Best known for his work as co-founder and original guitar player of the legendary Heavy Metal band Manowar, he has co-written some of the most beloved songs of the genre.

Ross' friends and former band mates are a who's-who of Rock and Roll history. He still remains friendly with members of all the bands he's ever been a part of and reunites with them occasionally for special projects and shows.

Ross The Boss remembers Les Paul

"Today Aug. 13th is a very sad day for me. One of the greatest geniuses in music has left us. Les Paul was a great guitar player, the inventor of the Les Paul guitar. The Father of modern recording and the inventor of echo to name just a few . I had the honor of meeting Les at his house! my first roadie in Manowar was his godson. What a day that was. He showed me his studio, the first multi-track recorder, a 3 track machine, the first reverb , and "the Log" the father of the Les Paul guitar. Im truly saddened today, weve lost a legend ! RIP Les"
